About Us

We are dedicated to creating solutions for clients who seek assistance in career planning, development, training and placement. We have built long-term relationships to provide professional training and career advising to a diverse population. Our service has expanded into various communities to assist in career achievement and in-house training, by partnering with profit and non-profit organizations. We continue to be leaders, embracing change and preparing the best insight for many individuals and organizations. Founder
Founder, Jackie Kennedy Harris had the vision of building the company around one purpose: to give back 15+ years of professional experience. As a first-generation college graduate, she successfully earned a degree in Marketing/Management from California State University, Fresno, and while raising a family. She was immediately recruited as a management trainee for a reputable car rental company.
Her opportunity became limitless, eventually allowing her to create, develop and grow their Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Department for various brands within the organization. Her extensive career journey and diverse set of skills gave her the knowledge of how to run a business within a large corporation. In addition to hiring various entry-level positions across multiple company brands, Jackie has recruited, hired, and trained management trainees into career programs with an over 90% success rate. She has mentored many administrative, store and district managers. This gave her the motivation to start JKHCCC.
Executive Board Member for the California Placement Association, Co-Founder of Fresno Area Recruiters Network and a Certified Career Coach, Jackie continues to be a strong community leader. Her philosophy of giving back continues to make a difference in many lives. This is her story, her passion.
